fictional setting to promote their upcoming album, "13."  The band made a guest appearance on Wednesday night's season finale of CBS' "CSI."  In addition to performing on the show, frontman Ozzy Osbourne was also featured in another scene, which included a humorous exchange between the rocker and reporter John Merchiston, played by actor James Callis.The scene was part of a post-concert interview, in which Ozzy also discussed the new Black Sabbath album.  He described "13" as having a "modern sound" while retaining "the Black Sabbath vibe."  The disc will be in stores on June 11th. frontman Wes Scantlin is on the wrong side of the law again.  According to TMZ, police in Los Angeles arrested the rocker Monday after witnesses say they allegedly saw him shake his ex-wife and then try to drag her by the arm or shirt.  Police eventually bring Scantlin in on charges of domestic violence.  Sources say he was "very mouthy" during the arrest, which was the latest on a growing list of run-ins with authorities.  TMZ says he was just arrested last week on warrants stemming from his arrest for cocaine possession last year.  Scantlin was also arrested last September for allegedly
