VINCE NEIL made a name for himself by SHOUTING AT THE DEVIL.  But at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas the other night, he was shouting at the VALET SERVICE . . . because they wouldn't give him his car.

--Apparently, Vince never got a ticket to reclaim his Rolls.  So when he tried to leave the joint, they couldn't give him the keys.

--So Vince threw a FIT . . . pounding on the window of the valet office and screaming, quote, "Give me my [effing] car!"  And of course, it was caught on video.  (--Check it out here.  WARNING!!!  This video contains bleeped profanity.)
