Another nude scandal for the royal family . . . although this one's kind of funny.  91-year-old PRINCE PHILIP accidentally unleashed the ROYAL SCEPTER when he wore a kilt to the Highland Games in Scotland over the weekend.  A picture of Philip flashing his subjects is all over the Internet.  Fortunately, it's CENSORED.  We haven't seen a dirty version yet.
