By rearranging your furniture to bring in more natural light, you can become more energy efficient! This is a really easy way to go green and save money!

NoATM:
You can help the environment by saying no instead of yes……saying no to your ATM receipt that is. If every person in the US said they didn't want a receipt we could save a roll of paper over 2 billion feet long! This would go around the equator 15 times!

SmoothHands:
Jealous that your friends hands are as smooth as silk? Find out their secret, and how it is also helping save the environment! Though a dishwasher uses more energy, it is better for then environment than running the water while you do dishes! Help then environment, and give your wrinkled fingers a break!

No Gas Lawnmower:
Wondering why your neighbor is so in shape and tan? Find out why, and what’s it’s doing to save the environment next! It's called mow-ercising! Try it! By buying a non-gasoline powered lawnmower you can cut back on the money you would spend on gas, and help the environment! Plus, you might shed a few pounds while you're at it!

NativePlants:

Reusable Coffee Mug:
Take all the people who listen to 92.9 The Big Cheese, then persuade them to sip their morning coffee from a travel mug for one week.(Hmmm--Maybe a mug from Bridgestop with the Big Cheese logo on it? We're just saying..) Result: Enough trees to fill two football fields will be spared the ax. Can't commit to a week? Switching to reusable cups for just one day will save as much energy as using 1,000 gallons of gasoline.”One thousand gallons of gasoline, here in Wisconsin, would cost approximately $2,100 – and that’s just one day

Trash to treasures:
Put soda bottles in your toilet tank. Even without leaks, most toilets waste hundreds of gallons of water a year. If you put some rocks or sand in a couple of empty soda bottles, fill them with water, and then place them in your tank, you prevent the tank from filling up as much. As long as there are three gallons in the tank, your toilet should flush fine. You can save 10 gallons of water or more each and every day this way! That's 300 gallons of water a month!
